We are particularly looking for a UI/UX Designer Lead who has experience in leading and managing a team of designers, as well as a strong track record of creating user-friendly and engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven ability to translate user needs into effective designs. They should also have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
