€1800 • €3000 / Monthly rate Permanent Athens | Onsite Our client is a leading software development firm building web and mobile products where design quality is as important as engineering quality. The role exists to bring strong user-centred design capability to a product team that values the full process, from research and wireframing through to tested, production-ready interfaces. The Role You will gather user requirements, create wireframes and prototypes and work hand in hand with developers to make sure designs are implemented accurately and perform well across devices. In your first six months, you will contribute to at least one full design cycle from brief to live product, conduct meaningful user testing and demonstrate a clear instinct for turning feedback into measurable improvements. You will be the person on the team who keeps the user's perspective in the room at every stage. What You'll Bring • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience on web and mobile products • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work including wireframes, prototypes and user flows • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first best practices • Experience conducting user testing and translating findings into design iterations Nice to Have • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate smoother developer collaboration • Background in Agile product development environments What's in it for You €2,000 – €3,000 Gross / Month depending on experience and technical background.
