Join us and help drive the future of technology forward. The Opportunity We are currently seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our Infra team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, hands-on experience supporting server and network environments, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Monitoring: Track server health, CPU usage, and network performance metrics. • SLA Management: Resolve support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Ticket Management System: Handle incidents, requests, and changes through Service Navigator and related tools. • Hardware Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, as well as server (DELL/HP) and network device/storage management. • Patch Management: Deploy security patches and software updates across all networked systems. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Systems Administrator or IT support position. • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and basic Linux/Unix environments. • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP: Experience managing directory services and core network services. • MS SQL Database: Management and basic troubleshooting. • Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting. • Security: Handling antivirus updates (e.g., Crowd Strike), managing firewalls, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions. • Backups: Hot and cold backup management, including monitoring automated backup logs. • Virtualization: Familiarity with VMware environments. • Scripting: Basic knowledge of PowerShell or Bash for automating repetitive tasks. Communication: Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for rapid troubleshooting and issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Tomcat/Apache web servers. • WebSphere administration. • Understanding of SSL certificate management. • Familiarity with Azure SLA Feature Board. • Experience managing CITRIX environments. • Knowledge of VPN setup and administration.
