User Acceptance Tester (UAT) - Veeva Vault Location: Remote (Europe) Contract: Initial B2B Freelance contract 5 months with a strong possibility of extension throughout 2027 Start Date: August 2026 Overview Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical organisation, is seeking two experienced User Acceptance Testers (UAT) to support a major multi-year Veeva Vault Standardisation Programme within Global Regulatory Operations. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale global transformation programme, supporting the delivery of enhancements across regulatory systems while ensuring solutions meet business and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Veeva Vault enhancements. Execute test scripts and accurately document test evidence. Log, track, and retest defects through to resolution. Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Analysts, and Digital teams. Support UAT cycles, regression testing, and release validation activities. Ensure testing activities comply with GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements. Participate in daily project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Contribute to the successful delivery of a global regulatory systems transformation programme. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a UAT Tester within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry. Hands-on experience working with Veeva Vault. Good understanding of Regulatory Affairs and/or Regulatory Operations processes. Experience executing test scripts, capturing test evidence, and managing defects. Knowledge of GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently within remote, cross-functional teams. Desirable Skills Experience with Veeva Vault RIM. French language skills. Experience supporting SaaS implementation or standardisation programmes.
