A wonderful permanent nanny opportunity supporting first-time parents and their twin babies as they transition from maternity nurse care into the next exciting stage of infancy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Twin Nanny to join a warm first-time family following the completion of their maternity nurse’s booking. The twins will be around 4 months old when the role begins, and the family are looking for a calm, capable nanny who can support their development whilst working closely alongside mum, who will remain at home until the children are around one year old. The family would love someone with previous twin experience, or significant experience caring for two babies of a similar age, who is confident supporting developmental milestones, planning stimulating activities and taking the twins to classes, playgroups and outings as they grow. They are a multilingual household, and whilst an Estonian speaker would be a lovely bonus, an excellent level of English is essential. The role is expected to be live-out, although live-in accommodation could be considered for an exceptional candidate. The family would also appreciate someone who is flexible with occasional babysitting and happy to travel with them on family holidays. They have a friendly Spaniel, so candidates should be comfortable around dogs. Job Specification Providing care for twin babies from approximately 4 months of age Supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play Taking the twins to classes, playgroups and outings Working collaboratively with mum during the first year Managing all nursery duties related to the twins Occasional babysitting and family travel by agreement Candidate Specification Previous twin experience or experience caring for two young children of a similar age Strong knowledge of infant development and milestones Calm, organised and proactive Excellent English communication skills (Estonian would be an advantage) Flexible and happy to travel occasionally Driver preferred but not essential Dog friendly Accommodation: Live-out preferred.
