Fantastic opportunity for a caring and reliable nanny to join a lovely, welcoming family based in N1, supporting the care of their 7-month-old twins. Job specification:
Sole care of 7-month-old twins, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
Establishing and maintaining consistent feeding, sleeping, and daily routines
Supporting key developmental milestones through age-appropriate play and interaction
Engaging the twins in sensory play, tummy time, and stimulating activities
Preparing and sterilising bottles, managing feeding schedules, and weaning (when appropriate)
Changing nappies and maintaining high standards of hygiene
Settling the twins for naps and supporting sleep routines
Keeping all nursery areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
Managing children’s laundry, including washing, folding, and organising clothing
Maintaining a calm, safe, and nurturing home environment
Assisting with light housekeeping duties to support the smooth running of the household (tidying, loading/unloading dishwasher, general upkeep)
Keeping communal areas neat and presentable
Working closely with parents and maintaining open, clear communication
Candidate specification:
Proven experience working as a nanny, with strong focus on infant and baby care
Extensive experience caring for babies under 12 months, ideally including twins or multiple children
Confident managing all aspects of new born and infant care including feeding, weaning, sleep routines, and developmental milestones
Calm, patient, and highly nurturing approach with a natural instinct for working with babies
Strong understanding of early years development and age-appropriate stimulation through play
Confident in establishing and maintaining structured daily routines for babies
Experience with bottle feeding, sterilisation, nappies, sleep training, and weaning support
Comfortable with light housekeeping duties related to the children, including nursery organisation and laundry
Highly organised, tidy, and proactive in maintaining a clean and calm environment
Able to work independently and use initiative while also taking direction from parents
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, respectful approach with parents
Flexible, reliable, and looking for a long-term position within a stable family
