As a Tutor, you will play an important part in helping students develop skills, build confidence, and make measurable progress toward their learning goals. This role is well suited to someone who brings a student-centered approach, values individualized instruction, and can work thoughtfully with students and the people who support them to create a positive and encouraging learning experience. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one academic support tailored to each student's learning needs Develop lesson plans and practice materials aligned with student goals Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction strategies as needed Communicate with parents or guardians about performance and improvement areas Create an encouraging learning environment that builds confidence and engagement
