Trust Officer Manager Do you know the difference between a revocable trust and an irrevocable one, can you spot a fiduciary issue before it becomes a headline, and believe that business development and client retention go hand in hand? Our longstanding Regional Bank is seeking a Regional Wealth Management Leader, a Trust Officer Manager, to oversee profitability, compliance, strategy, and growth for its Trust and Wealth Management business while leading a team of trust officers and support professionals. You'll inherit an established book of business, deepen client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and help shape the future of the Wealth Management platform, because "maintaining the status quo" isn't exactly a growth strategy. Qualified candidates will bring 7-10 years of Personal Trust, Estate & Probate experience, 4-7 years of leadership experience, and at least 7 years of personal financial planning expertise. A Bachelor's degree is required, while a JD, CFP®, and CTFA credentials are highly valued.
