Loyalty Lawn Care,  a Turf Masters Brands Company is now hiring a Tree & Shrub Technician for the St. Charles, MO area. Primary Responsibilities and Requirements  Applying fertilizer, pesticides, mixing and spraying chemicals Knowledge of tree and shrub and pest identification PHC and diagnostics Providing written & verbal communication to prospects / current customers Maintaining and operating equipment & vehicles Completing assigned stops daily Communicating issues and opportunities to the Manager Client education and reporting Inventory Control Generating new sales on your route 3B License preferred  Equipment Care: cleaning and maintaining company vehicles and equipment (e.g., aerators, spreaders)   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Organized to ensure all procedures are done correctly Time-management skills to ensure daily route is completed Basic math skills Ability to read maps Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly throughout the shift without assistance Ability to understand hazard communication and follow safety instructions Ability to wear proper safety equipment while performing duties We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and provide consideration for an employment relationship without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, genetic predisposition, national origin, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
