Please note that this is a   replacement   job opening. Your Role: • Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options • Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team • Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and   assist   with payment plans • Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care • Maintain   accurate   patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to   optimize   chair time • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care • Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions About You: • Previous   clinical   experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator   is   requi red • Knowledge and understanding of   dent al treatment plans and ability to educate patients   is   required • Experience with dental software programs is   required • Strong   c ustomer   s ervice   e xperience Application Information:   Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
