Your future role with QRT You will be trading across APAC markets to optimize financing for our fixed income and equity portfolio You will work closely with PMs, Prime Brokers, Financing Counterparties and Operations to ensure positions are appropriately traded/financed/rolled/settled Managing and monitoring FX and cash balances, identifying and driving opportunities to reinvest capital. You will work on and help to develop our toolset and systems to help build the infrastructure that a repo function and wider Treasury group needs to fully support an active trading desk Produce and take over daily/monthly reporting pertaining to Repo and Treasury activity/P&L Your present skillset 2-10 years’ experience in repo from ideally buy side but sell side will be considered Proficiency in Japanese is a must to work with stakeholders in Japan Fixed income experience is a must, equity experience will be good to have Excellent mathematical background with a degree in a financial/mathematical field SQL and Python knowledge highly desirable Excellent team-player Excellent communication skills essential
