Responsibilities: • Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advise them on an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. • Planning and motivating the client to buy flight tickets, and other travel services. • Determining customer’s needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs. • Providing excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills . Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of International Travel or International sales experience in voice process. • Excellent communication skills. • Willing to work in rotational shifts.
