Prime req: For Travel Manager Candidate needs to have background/prior experience in tours and travel industry. Age bracket: 20-35years Group Booking exp : should have exp in group booking of 150-200 people.(end to end travel management of the client) Location: Malad,Mumbai Office hours/days : Mon-Friday (10;30pm-7:30pm) Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of large group bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for groups ranging from 200 to 300 individuals. • Coordinate closely with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best rates and accommodations. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor travel packages accordingly. • Leverage industry knowledge to anticipate challenges and proactively address them. • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise before, during, or after the trip. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to group bookings. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a specific focus on managing large group bookings. • Demonstrated ability to handle complex travel arrangements and logistics. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and service providers. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software. • Based out of Malad, Mumbai, with flexibility to travel as required.
