Closing date 31 Mar 2026 Travel Coordinator (22.5 hours per week – some evening and weekend work) Would you like to work for an organisation that believes that everyone, regardless of the challenges they face, should have the opportunity to thrive? The Travel Coordinator plays a vital role in helping people across Kent gain the confidence, skills and support they need to travel independently and stay connected to their communities. Working within Involve’s mission to challenge inequalities and promote choice, the postholder will ensure smooth coordination of the Travel with Confidence Kent programme – managing referrals, scheduling, volunteer‑buddy logistics, data and communications so the service runs safely, efficiently and with a strong focus on participant experience. They will also support delivery alongside the Travel Training Lead Officer, helping people overcome barriers to travel so that everyone, regardless of the challenges they face, has the opportunity to thrive. You will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for this role, as it involves community and home visits. The role includes providing regulated activity with adults, so employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
