Wings Global Travel is looking for travel consultants to join our team of experts, providing first class service to both the LATAM client base as well as international accounts. People are at the heart of our business, and our client services team is the engine that drives our ongoing mission to ensure that our clients’ travelers, get where they need to go, on time, anywhere in the world. This is a position based in Buenos Aires. Key duties: · Process and respond promptly to all travel requests and changes, ensuring that our client requirements are always met. This includes sourcing and booking land, sea and air travel arrangements throughout the world · Work efficiently and accurately, providing guidance and documentation to clients within the prescribed time frames · Ensure that quotes and documentation match the client’s travel policy requirements. · Advise all visa and health requirement, where applicable · Ensure that approved preferred suppliers are used as a first priority. · Proactively monitor travel related issues that could impact on bookings, and advise the client accordingly and manage all relevant changes.
