Key Responsibilities: Assist in the overall management of store operations and staff. Train and supervise team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in ordering and merchandising products. Support revenue generation by driving promotions and sales initiatives. Oversee cash handling and financial reconciliation processes. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and maintain a clean store environment. Perform the duties of the Store Manager during their absence.
