The nature of this role requires a flexible diary, including on-call and long hours. 🔥 Why This Role? • In-house and abroad training, structured progression into senior clinical roles and sales! • Rare chance to embark on a commercal career in surgical devices • Global market leader in orthopaedic trauma • Work with surgeons daily, promoting innovative products and improving patient outcomes 💼 What You’ll Do • Provide in-theatre clinical support for trauma procedures • Train and educate surgeons and theatre teams • Support product implementation and best practice • Build trusted relationships across NHS & private hospitals • Support the sales team with business development and account growth 👊 Who You Are • Theatre Nurse, ODP, Physiotherapist or similar • Theatre experience desirable (graduates considered) • Strong anatomy & physiology knowledge • Has a flexible diary to work longer hours and be on-call to support customers • Full driving licence • Confident communicator with a patient-focused approach 💰 The Package • £30-35K basic • £4K bonus • £500/month car allowance • Private healthcare + pension • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
