Join us as a TPM and help drive seamless, high‑volume global content delivery across multiple markets.
R&D Partners is seeking a skilled TPM to support a global organization in delivering high volume, multi market projects. This role focuses on managing end to end content workflows, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, controlled costs, and alignment with internal quality processes. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing complex, multistage projects within a content focused or operations driven environment and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
This is a fully remote role based anywhere in Europe.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multistage content or documentation workflows from initiation through completion.
• Define requirements, timelines, deliverables, and budgets with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assign and coordinate appropriate resources to support project activities.
• Track progress, anticipate potential challenges, and implement preventive solutions.
• Act as the main communication point for internal teams and external partners.
• Manage escalations and handle complex or non-standard requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and financial tracking.
• Ensure all work follows internal quality procedures and operational controls.
Key Skills and Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating complex workflows in an operations, content, or documentation environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business, linguistic, scientific, or similar field.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high quality output.
• Ability to manage strict timelines and balance multiple parallel tasks.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and following established processes.
• Strong IT proficiency, ideally including workflow or content management platforms.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
• Workload varies weekly, ranging from 10-40 hours depending on demand.
• Monthly reporting of hours worked is required.
• Hourly rate compensation.
