Stellenbeschreibung: Job Title - Transformation Project Manager, VP Location - Bangalore, India Role Description We are seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data center infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Preferred Certifications • PMP (Project Management Professional) • PRINCE2 • Agile/Scrum Certification • ITIL Foundation • CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional) or equivalent data center certification • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 8–15 years of project management experience, including data center or critical infrastructure projects. • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, racks, cabling, networking, servers, storage, and security systems. • Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid. • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Excel, and project reporting tools. • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
