This role is pivotal in leading large scale complex transformation initiatives in financial services, including Retail, Commercial, Payments, and Lending, as well as not-for-profit organizations. Key Responsibilities: ·       Lead and manage large-scale transformation programmes, end to end delivery, aligning with both client goals and industry best practices. ·       Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and SMEs, influencing decision-making in line with business goals. ·       Create structure for large-scale transformation programmes, including programme target operating model and roadmaps, managing alignment across people, process, technology, and business objectives. ·       Orchestrate programmes across multiple entities as well as internal & external stakeholders (e.g. client teams, technology teams etc.) ·       Own, define and manage Programme Governance including plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, budget oversight and status reporting, ensuring programme deliverables adhere to the agreed governance and risk framework. ·       Implement effective change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes and technologies within client organizations. ·       Deep knowledge of scaled agile SAFe delivery, product management, and able to liaise between business and tech, define and prioritize technical requirements, create and maintain product backlog, epics, features, user-stories and drive agile delivery. ·       Lead PI Planning, big-room planning workshops, sprint planning, work closely with cross-functional mul
