For the IMA Active Division , operating in the sector of machinery/equipment for the processing and dosing of oral solid drugs, we are looking for 1 Transferring Mechanical Fitter. Place of employment: Ozzano dell'Emilia (BO) The Role Manage assembly, assembly and testing of mechanical components for compressor machines in the pharmaceutical sector; Carry out the assembly and testing of the machine, at pneumatic and hydraulic level, following the diagrams provided by the technical department; Perform the machine validation tests, during FAT, in collaboration with the electrical assembly personnel, and then follow the FAT tests in the presence of the customer; Install and commission the machine in the customer's presence by performing the SAT and validation tests in the same way as the FAT phase; Carry out after-sales service (repair, maintenance, installation of new supplementary assemblies (GR), spare parts) and training on the machine at the customer's site Experience & Skills Technical background in mechanical/mechatronics; 4 to 5 years' experience in the same role, preferably from the automatic machine sector, with more focus on precision mechanical assembly; Good knowledge of the English language; Availability for frequent national and international travel of medium duration. What Will Set You Apart Basic technical skills in pneumatics and electrics; Knowledge of a second foreign language; Excellent interpersonal/communication skills for appropriate relations with international customers, and aptitude for teamwork. Compensation Package The starting gross annual salary will be € 34.000, under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalmeccanica Industria, with the possibility of increase based on the candidate’s experience and skills, in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
