A major international advisory group is seeking a Director to join its growing Alternative Investment Transactions practice. This is a senior position for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working on high profile investment activity, cross border transactions and complex commercial structuring. The role sits within a specialist team that supports alternative investment funds on buy side and sell side diligence, tax structuring, modelling, SPA review and wider transaction support. The work spans multiple sectors and offers exposure to a broad range of global markets.
