What You Can Expect Assists with the development and coordination of training programs for Zimmer Biomet personnel. Maintains records of training documentation according to organizational and regulatory requirements. Ensures training demands of the business are met by responding to various requests for training reports and updates. Improves training system by looking for improvement opportunities and executing small scale projects. How You'll Create Impact • Executes day to day needs of the training system through responding to change control documents requiring training input, responding to requests from the business and inputting documents into the learning management system • Assures all employees receive effective training and have effective assigned training to ensure compliance with regulatory and job skill requirements. • Assist with internal and external audits by supplying employee training records from the learning management system to various departments and fulfilling documentation requests. • Work closely with Document Control to ensure that applicable personnel are trained on new or revised internal procedures. • Coordinate with team leads from other departments to coordinate their training needs. • Leads investigations into issues reported by production to ensure no production related disruptions due to training issues • Own’s IEs and CAPAs as required • Lead large projects related to improvement of training department processes. What Makes You Stand Out • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Computer literate with prior database processing experience. • Extraordinary organizational skills. • Knowledge of current Food and Drug Administration (FDA) laws, regulations, practices, and guidelines preferred. • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy Your Background • High school diploma required • Associate Degree in any scientific, business, training, education field or equivalent preferred. • At least five (5) years of relevant experience.
