Position Purpose The Training Executive is responsible for supporting the execution of training and capability development initiatives across retail channels in Malaysia. The role ensures frontline teams, retail partners, and brand ambassadors are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities 1. Training Delivery & Facilitation Conduct product knowledge, technology, sales, and customer service training for retail staff, promoters, and retail partners. Support onboarding and induction programmes for new employees and brand ambassadors. Deliver training sessions through classroom, virtual, and in-store coaching formats. Ensure all training content is delivered consistently and in line with brand and learning standards. 2. Retail Coaching & Field Support Conduct regular store visits to observe retail execution and identify coaching opportunities. Provide on-the-job coaching to improve product demonstrations, customer engagement, and selling techniques. Support retail teams during product launches, promotional campaigns, and peak trading periods. Monitor retail readiness and ensure frontline teams are well-prepared for new product introductions. 3. Training Operations & Administration Coordinate training schedules, venues, participant registrations, and training logistics. Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, and learning completion data. Manage training materials, demonstration units, product samples, and training kits. Support the preparation and distribution of training communications and learning resources. 4. Training Content & Learning Support Assist in adapting and localising training materials.
