To Apply for this Job Click Here Overview We are looking for a Systems Manufacturing Technician to support and maintain automated manufacturing systems in a fast-paced production environment. You will help keep production lines running efficiently by troubleshooting equipment, supporting engineering projects, maintaining manufacturing systems, and ensuring data integrity and security. Shift Pattern: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and every second Saturday – 8pm – 8am Key Responsibilities • Support automated production lines and manufacturing systems. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment. • Assist with engineering projects and new product introductions. • Install, modify, and maintain test equipment and automated systems. • Support PLC-controlled equipment, vision systems, and manufacturing data systems. • Perform preventative maintenance and resolve equipment issues. • Analyze product and equipment failures and document findings. • Read and interpret schematics, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documents. • Maintain accurate technical records and manufacturing data. • Provide technical support to production and engineering teams. Skills & Experience • Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of PLCs, Allen Bradley systems, and automated manufacturing equipment. • Understanding of SMT equipment and manufacturing processes. • Basic computer programming knowledge. • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. • Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and standard computer applications. Requirements • 0–2 years of relevant experience. • Diploma (2–3 years) in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Working Environment • Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures. • Requires working with hand tools and electronic equipment. • May involve repetitive tasks, prolonged concentration, and occasional lifting of over 20 lbs (9 kg). • Weekend support may be required.
