Description Ryanair Engineering, delivered by SIAM, is one of the European facilities that form part of the Ryanair Heavy Maintenance Engineering Group. At our facility in Seville, Spain, our team performs extensive base maintenance checks on Ryanair’s fleet of Boeing 737-800 and 737-8200 aircraft. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational performance. As part of our ongoing growth plans, we are seeking to recruit Trainee Sheet Metal Workers for our 13-weeks training programme, which is open to all. The programme provides candidates with the opportunity to develop their skills and pursue a career as a Sheet Metal Worker. The 13-weeks training program aims to provide the trainee with the necessary skills and knowledge. Once the trainee has successfully completed and passed the course, he/she can continue in the company as a Junior Sheet Metal Worker developing the following tasks under supervision: Duties will include, but not limited to: • Carrying out maintenance tasks as required • Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks • Complete the appropriate documentation • Comply with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE • Maintain a safe and clean working environment • Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to • Any other tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager • Note: This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and its general nature. Requirements • Unrestricted right to live and work in Europe and travel freely throughout Europe. • A strong aptitude for manual work is recommended. • A keen interest in a career within aircraft maintenance. • Basic knowledge of English is required (Level B1 minimum) and a secondary school diploma, equivalent or higher as an educational qualification. • Ability to pass a full security background check. • Be 18 years or older.
