About the Role As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker, you’ll work closely with a busy estate agency branch in Harrow. Your main duties will include: • Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients. • Completing the CeMAP qualification if needed, with support from our training team. • Gaining hands-on experience in a highly supportive environment. • Ensuring compliance with FCA rules and regulations under close mentorship. • This position offers a basic salary of £22,000–£25,000, including a car allowance, plus OTE of £40,000–£50,000, making it one of the most rewarding trainee mortgage broker jobs in the market. Key Requirements • Qualifications: Part or fully CeMAP qualified (CeMAP 1, CeMAP 2, or CeMAP 3). • Sales Experience : Proven background in sales or a strong customer-focused role. Financial services experience is desirable but not essential. • Skills: Hunger, motivation, and a desire to learn and succeed in the mortgage and protection field. • Compliance: Clean credit history and no criminal convictions. • Driving License: Full UK driving license required.
