What’s on Offer? • Competitive salary of €35,000 – €37,000 DOE • Structured management training programme • Clear career progression into Assistant Manager and Store Manager positions • Ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced retail leaders • Excellent opportunities for professional and personal development • Join a successful, people-focused supermarket business • The opportunity to gain experience across every area of supermarket operations Key Responsibilities: • Support the Store Manager and management team with the day-to-day running of the supermarket • Lead, motivate and develop colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service • Ensure high standards of merchandising, availability and store presentation are maintained • Assist in driving sales, profitability and operational performance • Learn how to manage key retail KPIs including sales, waste, labour, availability and stock loss • Support fresh food departments to ensure quality, food safety and hygiene standards are consistently achieved • Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management • Help coordinate staff rotas and daily labour planning • Coach and support team members to maximise performance and engagement • Ensure compliance with company procedures, food safety, HACCP and Health & Safety standards About You: • Previous experience in grocery, convenience or retail is essential • Supervisory, Team Leader or senior sales experience would be highly advantageous • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service • Ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career in retail management • Strong communication and leadership potential • Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment • Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to leadership Why Apply?
