Tentative Date Of Joining: Immediate Job Description: • Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters. • Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met. • Provide the relevant process reports on a on a daily basis. • Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules. • Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures. • Working shif will be from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM OR 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM. Skills Required: - Excellent English Communication without MTI, good logical & analytical abilities. Note: After selection and joining of 5 days evaluation period will be there, if candidate disqualify in this evaluation, we will not continue with them and no severance allowance will be provided to those disqualifies candidates for evaluation periods. If they qualify, then only we will continue with them and their 5 days evaluation period’s severance allowance will be counted in their salary.
