Trainee in Marketing – Fix-Term, 6 months (100%) Männedorf, Zurich Your contribution In this exciting and hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to: • Support integrated and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage targeted customers and generate qualified leads • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns • Coordinate campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, digital ads, and webinars, ensuring consistency across touch points • Track, analyze and report campaign performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) • Contribute to the development of marketing dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance metrics and insights • Maintain and improve CRM data quality for accurate segmentation and lead tracking • Contribute to brand awareness activities, including digital content creation, market insights and competitor research • Support marketing-related events and internal communication activities • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Branding teams Your background We’re not just looking for hard skills: We’re looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work. • Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Science, or Information Systems • 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or professional experience), ideally at least one completed internship • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) • Experience with KPI dashboards or data visualization tools is a plus • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) • A strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in data-driven marketing • A detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative working style W hat makes working at Tecan unique • You can expect a collegial and supportive team culture built on openness and trust. • The chance to make it count and to have an impact on the world of tomorrow • Working in an international and diverse environment • The opportunity to grow your career in a company that values both excellence and business impact. • Feel empowered by our strong and unique Tecan culture • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package Join Tecan, a great place to work!
