In this introductory role, you will actively engage with customers, develop new relationships, and foster existing ones, while collaborating with the UK’s leading financial advisers. WHAT BENEFITS DOES OUR CLIENT OFFER: • Competitive starting salary starting from £25,000 – £27,000 • Performance related bonus scheme paid up to 25% of annual salary. • Early finish on Fridays • Hybrid working environment • 25 days annual leave, with additional days awarded based on years of service • Clear career progression and support to achieve further professional qualifications • Pension scheme • Christmas and summer company outings THIS TRAINEE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST ROLE INCLUDES: • Manage and resolve technical queries • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely information and resolving any technical issues they encounter • Update CRM system accordingly • Ensure all relevant spreadsheets are accurately maintained and kept up to date • Keep up with industry and internal changes that that may affect your role THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE THE BELOW: • Demonstrates initiative in identifying solutions and assisting others • Eager to learn and quickly adapt in fast-paced environments. • Ability to multitask and carry out tasks to the highest level • Confident with electronic data systems • Experience with excel, word & Microsoft outlook • Ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner • Precise and an eye for detail Like minded job titles: Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Administrator, Client Administrator, Trainee Financial Advisor, Customer Care Associate & Administrator
