Description
Primary Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to ensure a secure and controlled environment by monitoring clients trading behaviors and identifying any high-risk customers.
Responsibilities
Monitor clients trading activities to report irregular client activity patterns and abnormal behavior;
Process different types of alerts to ensure secure trading activities;
Report the abnormal activities and suspicious behaviors to the trading analysts on time;
Determine the risk level in case of trading abuse;
Escalate system bugs to the relevant department;
Work with relevant departments to follow up and close cases;
Prevent the abuse activities by trading analysts supervision in case of high risk attacks;
Job requirements
Experience and Education:
Minimum 1 year of experience within the CFDs/Forex industry (e.g. monitoring dealer);
Math, Economic or finance degree (preferable);
Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Basic CFD Terms (Spread, Contract Size, Leverage, Margin..etc)
Knowledge in Orders and Executions;
Excel/Google sheets and docs skills;
Attention to details;
Problem-solving skills;
Initiative skills;
Soft Skills:
Excellent in English (speaking and writing);
Communication skills;
Good organizational abilities;
Team player approach;
Dynamic professional attitude;
Shifts and weekends working hours abilities;
