Key Responsibilities Trade Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and drive the annual trade marketing strategy aligned with overall brand calendar and commercial objectives Plan and execute a comprehensive trade marketing calendar, including promotions, GWP, pop-ups, and events Performance Analysis & Insights Analyze retail performance data to generate actionable insights and recommend optimization plans Continuously track campaign effectiveness and refine strategies to maximize ROI Retail & Commercial partnerships Partner closely with trade partners to identify growth opportunities, enhance band exposure and instore execution Maintain strong communication with Marketing, Commercial, Global, and APAC teams to ensure alignment on brand direction and consistency in execution Budget Management Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources Oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery Visual Merchandising & POSM Development Develop and implement innovative soft merchandising solutions for product launches and seasonal campaigns (e.g., POSM, in-store displays, digital screens) Ensure all in-store executions align with brand guidelines, tone, and positioning Retail Excellence & Store Support Conduct regular store visits to audit visual merchandising standards and provide coaching to frontline teams Ensure consistent and high-quality execution across all retail touchpoints Reporting Relationships This role reports into the Head of Marketing & PR, Hong Kong & Macau Key Selection Criteria Bachelor’s degree or above 7 years’ Trade Marketing experience in Luxury, Cosmetics industry is preferred Open-minded, self-motivated, work independently, strong ownership and execution Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Fluent in oral and written English & Chinese Good data analysis capability Excellent Microsoft skill on PPT, Excel
