Description
Logan Premium is a third party logistics provider that is elevating the reputation of freight brokers in the logistics industry by prioritizing integrity, service, and flawless execution. We focus on long-term relationships, impeccable attention to detail, and meticulous tracking to deliver reliable, on-time solutions while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and trust in every interaction.  As a Track and Trace Specialist you'll be responsible for communicating with drivers directly, detecting potential issues before they arise, and ensuring all loads are on track for on-time pick up and delivery. This is an onsite role in Skopje, North Macedonia. What You’ll Do:  Oversee all in transit shipments and confirm all drivers are tracking on time and via Macropoint. Proactively identify potential delays and issues before they impact the load. Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery from the point of dispatch through the final delivery. Work closely across departments to communicate any late drivers, bounces, or in transit issues as they arise. Data Entry. Ensure all shipments are accurately updated in McLeod with detailed notes and next scheduled calls.   Who you are: Reliable, detail oriented, organized, and analytical. A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.  Long-term thinker with the ability to identify potential in transit issues and late pick ups or deliveries before they occur. Process oriented and able to efficiently streamline billing operations. Capable of diffusing high stress situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.   Qualifications : Freight brokerage or experience with a trucking company is preferred but not required. Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.  Proven ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work. Highly proficient in English, both verbal and written. Experience with reefers is a huge plus.   This role is fully onsite in our Skopje office Monday through Friday, between 14:00 and 23:00 MK time.
