Primary Responsibilities: Conducting informative and engaging tours that highlight the unique features of the destination. Providing guests with insights into local culture, history, and traditions, ensuring an immersive experience. Adapting tours to cater to the interests and preferences of various group sizes and demographics. Ensuring guest safety and comfort during excursions and providing exceptional customer service at all times. Developing and maintaining relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Preparing necessary materials, such as brochures or presentations, to enhance the tour experience. Gathering and sharing guest feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our tours and services.
