We are offering a $1,000 bonus to the right candidate Responsibilities: Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddler-aged children Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and progress Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth Supervise toddlers during play, meals, and rest times to ensure health and safety Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning community Follow all licensing regulations, health guidelines, and center policies Requirements: High School diploma and/or Associates degree in ECE Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting Strong understanding of toddler development and developmentally appropriate practices CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and colleagues Ability to pass a background check as required by Pennsylvania state licensing About Us: Wayne Early Learning Center is a trusted early childhood education provider proudly serving families in Wayne, PA and the surrounding community.
