Als kantoormedewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie. Je bent vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt aan de telefoon en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie netjes en op tijd wordt verwerkt. Je houdt van afwisseling en vindt het prettig om collega’s te ondersteunen waar dat nodig is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Het aannemen van de telefoon. • Het opstellen en verwerken van facturen. • Het verwerken van bonnen. • Het maken van werkplannen. • Diverse administratieve en ondersteunende werkzaamheden. Geen dag is precies hetzelfde en juist dat maakt deze functie zo leuk. Wat verwachten we van jou?
