The Opportunity Baxter is looking for a dynamic Therapy Specialist Patient Support Systems (PSS) to support the commercial growth and clinical excellence of its Patient Support Systems portfolio across Italy and Greece . This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, customer engagement, education, and business development , partnering closely with Sales, Healthcare Professionals, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance healthcare environments. What You'll Be Doing As a trusted clinical and technical expert, you will: • Deliver impactful product and clinical training to healthcare professionals, ensuring confident and effective use of Baxter's solutions. • Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic territory plans that drive sustainable growth and customer success. • Promote the clinical value of Baxter's portfolio , positioning the most appropriate solutions based on customer needs and patient outcomes. • Build strong, long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders, helping protect and expand existing business. • Support tender processes end-to-end , from pre-tender strategy and preparation to post-award implementation. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. • Leverage CRM tools to effectively plan, track, and optimize business activities and opportunities. • Identify opportunities across the portfolio , contributing to growth through strategic upselling and solution expansion. Who We Are Looking For; We are seeking a passionate healthcare professional who combines clinical credibility , strong communication skills , and a customer-centric mindset . Essential Requirements: • Clinical or healthcare-related educational background • Experience working within or closely with hospital environments • Fluent Italian and English • Willingness to travel extensively across Italy (field-based role) • Strong presentation and training capabilities • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Digital mindset and confidence using CRM systems and technology • Genuine passion for improving patient care and supporting healthcare professionals Preferred Backgrounds: Candidates may come from: • Registered Nurse (RN) • Physiotherapist • Occupational Therapist • Biomedical Engineer • Civil Engineer (preferably within healthcare environments) • Other Healthcare Sciences disciplines Experience in one or more of the following areas will be considered a strong advantage: ✔ Medical Device Industry ✔ Clinical Specialist or Product Specialist roles ✔ Healthcare professional training and education ✔ Tender and procurement processes ✔ Patient Support Systems, mobility solutions, or pressure injury prevention ✔ Commercial or customer-facing experience ✔ Healthcare architecture or facility design knowledge ✔ Formal training qualifications We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €51.200 annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits and incentives.
