Therapist (Hybrid Model) VOICES is seeking a passionate, trauma-informed Therapist to join our Community Wellness Department in a full-time, salaried position. This role supports young people and families impacted by violence, trauma, and system involvement by providing therapeutic services across the VOICES program sites. This position follows a hybrid compensation model that combines a base salary with monthly productivity bonuses to encourage sustainable, mission-aligned clinical care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to VOICES youth and families (in-person and virtual). • Carry a consistent caseload of approximately 15–18 clients, including those referred from DCS, community, Day Reporting, and school partners. • Deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based therapeutic services aligned with VOICES’ healing-centered engagement model. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services in SharePoint and other required systems (including Medicaid and DCS billing requirements). • Participate in clinical supervision, team huddles, case reviews, and program planning. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (case managers, housing staff, youth leaders) to support integrated care plans. • Contribute to assessments, safety planning, and family engagement strategies. • Participate in weekly clinical supervision provided by a licensed clinician to meet Indiana licensure requirements (minimum 1 hour/week of individual supervision). • Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and VOICES policy. • Adhere to professional and ethical standards set by licensing boards and VOICES’ code of conduct. • Report suspected abuse or neglect per Indiana mandated reporting laws. • Engage in quarterly performance reviews to assess progress on clinical goals, productivity, and professional development • Other duties as directed by the corporation. QUALIFICATIONS: • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field (required). • Temporary clinical licensure in Indiana (e.g., LMHCA, LSW) and ability to operate under supervision (required). • Experience working with youth and families from BIPOC and system-impacted communities. • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, community mental health, and culturally responsive therapy. • Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills. • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Zoom, and secure EHR or billing systems preferred. • Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to VOICES program sites (mileage reimbursement available). • Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Licensed for independent practice in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT). • Experience with DCS, Medicaid billing, or juvenile justice systems. • Bilingual and/or culturally responsive training a plus.
