The restaurant brings new life to a historic City West location and combines French brasserie cuisine, selected wines, warm service and a lively, elegant atmosphere. The goal for Théodor is to establish a successful all-day dining destination in Berlin City West, with services gradually developing from breakfast and lunch through to dinner. We are looking for people who enjoy quality, structure and teamwork — and who want to help shape a young restaurant as it grows into a strong hospitality address in Charlottenburg. The Role As Chef de Rang at Théodor, you are responsible for your own station and for delivering a warm, attentive and professional service from arrival to farewell. You guide guests through the menu, give confident recommendations and ensure that every table feels well looked after without the service becoming stiff or intrusive. You will work closely with the Restaurant Management, kitchen, bar and host team to ensure smooth communication, good timing and a consistent guest experience. The role requires confidence on the floor, strong product knowledge and the ability to stay calm and generous when the restaurant is full. We are looking for restaurateurs at heart: people who enjoy the rhythm of a busy service, take pride in the details and understand that great hospitality is built through presence, timing, warmth and teamwork.
