About Rico Coco A fun and easy-going kiosk within one of the most vibrant food markets in town – Mercato Metropolitano in Elephant and Castle. We serve delicious cocktails in a fun and casual atmosphere. We are now getting ready for busy Spring and Summer season, so we need great staff! About the role We are looking for a dynamic manager who is passionate about people to run the Bar. We have a small team so hard work, integrity and people skills are essential. You would be fully responsible for the operations of the bar, ordering, stock taking, invoices and staff rotas. As we are part of a bigger company you will get support of our Operational, Financial and HR team. You would also act as an ambassador of The Initiative to Mercato Metropolitano.
