This role is responsible for executing work orders, troubleshooting equipment, and performing maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production. What You’ll Do • Perform mechanical and electromechanical maintenance and troubleshooting • Respond to equipment issues, diagnose root causes, and implement timely solutions • Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment • Ensure all repairs are tested, validated, and production-ready • Accurately document work in CMMS and maintenance logs • Support maintenance planning, including parts, tools, and scheduling • Lead resolution of recurring or complex equipment issues • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and special projects Requirements What You’ll Need • High school diploma with 2–5 years of experience in food processing or industrial maintenance • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems • Experience with aseptic packaging equipment (Tetra Pak preferred) • Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motion control, and electrical systems • Familiarity with boilers, compressors, chillers, and cooling systems • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
