About the Role As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Powerfleet, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across multiple business units. You will play a key role in shaping our culture, supporting organizational goals, and driving employee engagement. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on HR support across performance management, employee relations, compensation, talent development, and organizational design. You’ll collaborate closely with global HR colleagues to ensure alignment and consistency in people practices while helping managers build high-performing and engaged teams. Key Responsibilities • Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs, manage organizational changes, and align people strategies with business objectives. • Provide guidance on employee relations, coaching managers on performance, conduct, and engagement topics. • Lead and support performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning. • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring, onboarding, and internal mobility efforts. • Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable practices. • Support the rollout of HR programs, engagement initiatives, and policy updates. • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve retention and performance. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, policies, and practices across assigned regions Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global or matrixed organization. • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with leaders at all levels. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with HRIS and reporting tools (e.g., BambooHR, iSolved, Workday).
