The role combines hands-on testing knowledge with team coordination, stakeholder communication and risk management responsibilities. Main Responsibilities • Contribute to test strategies, master test plans and testing schedules. • Coordinate test design, execution and reporting activities. • Support and guide testing teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Monitor test progress, identify risks and escalate issues when required. • Manage defect tracking, prioritization and validation activities. • Support Go/No-Go recommendations through accurate reporting and test evidence. • Ensure project deliverables comply with testing standards and procedures. • Communicate testing progress and outcomes to project stakeholders. • Participate in Agile delivery activities and continuous improvement initiatives. • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing activities. • Degree in Informatics or a related field. • Knowledge of testing methodologies and ISTQB principles. • Ability to build test strategies and test schedules. • Experience coordinating software testers. • Experience working in Agile environments. • Knowledge of Octane, JIRA and Confluence. • Knowledge of APIs and SQL. • Strong analytical thinking, risk management and problem-solving skills. • Excellent planning, prioritization and stakeholder communication capabilities. • French language skills. • Experience testing applications in insurance or banking environments. • Availability for international travel.
