Description
Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Test Coordinator to align testing efforts across various project teams. The role involves overseeing end-to-end and user acceptance testing within the data platform and marketplace domains while adhering to quality standards. The goal is to ensure seamless integration of testing into the overall development lifecycle through effective stakeholder collaboration. • Define test objectives and E2E strategies aligned with business and technical requirements. • Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across different project phases. • Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to communicate test progress, risks, and outcomes. • Lead test data management and provisioning in accordance with industry best practices and compliance norms. • Manage defect tracking and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards. • Provide actionable quality reports and insights to support go/no-go decisions based on readiness and trends. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance community. • Experience in creating comprehensive E2E test plans. • Experience in coordinating and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders. • Experience in coordinating Agile or Scrum teams. • Knowledge of technical IT concepts including APIs , Web Services , Protocols , and Frontend/Backend architectures. • Ability to assess test scope and recognize non-functional testing needs. • Strong stakeholder management skills and a critical, challenging mindset. • Proactive, autonomous, and result-driven approach. • You are fluent in English with French or Dutch .
