We are looking for a highly motivated Test Automation & Customer Solutions Engineer for our team in Japan to support our customers in leveraging our automation tool ecu.test and our platform one:cx to their fullest potential. Your job responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain automated test cases and reporting for embedded software testing using ecu.test and one:cx across HiL, SiL, and MiL environments. • Support customers by troubleshooting issues, creating scripts, and enabling them to make effective use of our tools and platform. • Provide technical customer support by discussing requirements and delivering tailored automation solutions. • Implement and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and customer projects directly on-site at customer's premises. • Collaborate closely with software developers and engineers in Germany to discuss and drive improvements for tracetronic tools and customer workflows. • Define and specify required tests for diverse systems and development setups. • Assist customers in establishing Continuous Development and Continuous Deployment (CD/CD) workflows using the one:cx platform. • Thoroughly document test setups, reports, and error analyses.
