The JRC team is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Test and Evaluation Cyber to support the Navy SSP customer in a fast-paced new Acquisition development program for the Nuclear Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program. The successful candidate requires a multi-disciplinary professional who combines the rigor of T&E with deep expertise in cybersecurity and weapons systems. 💼 What You'll Do Test Planning & Design you will develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and reports for cybersecurity T&E. Provide integrated testing through experience in integrating Developmental Test (DT), Operational Test (OT), and contractor testing to create an efficient and holistic test program. Most importantly commitment to the critical SSP mission, exhibiting unwavering accountability and driving tasks to completion. They must be proactive team players who excel in collaborative environments, fostering open communication and mutual support. Simultaneously, the ideal candidate demonstrates strong initiative, capable of leading tasks independently while consistently delivering high-quality, reliable results. Ultimately, success hinges on a blend of mission urgency, collaborative spirit, and independent leadership. 🧠 What You Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in related field. Active DoD Secret or DoE security clearance. Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing test data to identify system vulnerabilities, performance issues, and root causes of failures. Evaluation & Reporting: Skilled in authoring detailed technical reports and briefing findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. DoD 8140/8570 Certification: Possession of certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) for IAM Level III is highly preferred.  Risk Management Framework (RMF): In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the DoD's RMF process for Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of IT systems.  System Knowledge: Understanding of missile system architecture, including guidance, navigation, control, and communication subsystems.  Embedded Systems Security: Expertise in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities within embedded software and hardware components of the weapon system. • Threat Analysis: Ability to evaluate the weapon system's resilience against a range of cyber threats, including kinetic and non-kinetic attacks. • Live Fire T&E (LFT&E): Knowledge of LFT&E procedures to assess system survivability and lethality in a realistic combat environment.  Vulnerability Assessment: Proficiency with tools like ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution) and HBSS (Host Based Security System) to conduct vulnerability scanning and analysis.  Penetration Testing: Experience conducting adversarial assessments to identify and exploit system vulnerabilities.  Cyber Defense: Knowledge of cyber defense mechanisms, threat detection, and incident response in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.  Platform IT (PIT): Expertise in securing Platform Information Technology, including the A&A process for aircraft or weapon platforms.  Acquisition Process: Familiarity with the DoD acquisition life
