This position focuses on developing and implementing cutting-edge Design for Testability (DFT) solutions within the semiconductor sector. You'll actively contribute to designing robust architectures and ensuring effective integration through simulation and documentation. Your contributions will significantly enhance product reliability and lifecycle management within the Bangalore, India. Job Designation: DFT Engineer Years of experience: 6+ Years Job Location: Bangalore What you'll do • Develop and implement DFT solutions, including Scan, ATPG, and simulation. • Utilize tools like Tetramax, Modus, and Tessent for effective DFT solutions. • Collaborate on technical documentation for architecture and integration specifications. • Enhance product testing effectiveness and integrate MBIST and SCAN. Who you are • Proficient in DFT architecture and simulation techniques. • Experienced in using Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor tools. • Skilled in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Shell, or TCL. • Strong in debugging simulation and JTAG technologies.
