Description
This role will focus on expanding the Revvity Signals business across Nordics , engaging with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, Material Science, healthcare, and research organizations. The ideal candidate is a n enterprise seller with strong industry knowledge, a proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles, and the drive to consistently exceed revenue targets.
This position will manage both new business development and existing accounts .
Role Responsibilities
• Drive the growth of Revvity Signals software solutions across the Nordic region
• Develop and execute sales plans targeting organizations involved in Research & D evelopment , translational science, and clinical data management
• Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, Material Science and healthcare organizations
• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders
• Demonstrate a hunter mindset through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development
• Understand customer Research and D evelopment workflows, challenges, and digital transformation initiatives and align them with Revvity Signals solutions
• Deliver compelling value-based sales presentations demonstrating business and scientific impact
• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle , from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closing
• Collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions
• Maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
• Negotiate complex enterprise software and service agreements
• Represent Revvity Signals at industry conferences, customer meetings, and executive briefings
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions
• Proven success selling into enterprise-level organizations
• Experience selling to both scientific business stakeholders and IT leadership
• Strong understanding of the life sciences, Material Science or healthcare industry
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Experience selling informatics, data platforms, analytics, or scientific software preferred
• Education in life sciences, chemistry, biology, or related fields (BS, MS, or PhD) preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel across Nordic as required
