Position Summary: The Temporary File Clerk/Data Entry Assistant provides short-term administrative support by organizing company records, maintaining filing systems, and entering information into company databases and spreadsheets. This position requires accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and the ability to complete repetitive tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Sort, organize, label, scan, and file paper and electronic documents. Review files for completeness and proper placement. Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other company systems. Locate and retrieve records as requested. Identify duplicate, missing, or incorrectly filed documents. Prepare documents for scanning, storage, archiving, or disposal. Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, customer, financial, or company information.
